Personally, i think there are many social media that hold the function of educating. For example, people can watch any type of educating video on Youtube for free, containing different aspects from various fields. Some social media like Discord and Zoom allow people to easily connect to professionals and share ideas and knowledge like face-to-face. Some education-specialized social media like National Geology and Khan Acedemy can provide even more specific education resources, by accessing to those platforms, people can easily benefit from those social media.
Q2: When working with the vulnerable sector, how does social media fit into professionalism and regulations?
To carefully protect perosonal information and protect professionalism is a widely discussed topic when talking about social media. When exposing to the internet environment, people’s personal information could be jeopardized. Especially for the teenagers who expoesd to the internet, there should be a professional law to protect those vulnerable children from harmful internet information.
